Oligo for sequencing and universal

Oligo for sequencing
Here is a list of rules for design oligo:

  • Length of about 18-25 bases
  • T of annealing greater than or equal to 50 ° C
  • Percentage of C and G between 40-70%
  • 3 'stable (G or C).
  • Avoid repetitions, stretches, palindrons and hairpins

In the case of DEGENERATED OLIGO we recommend increasing the quantity of picomoles based on the number of degenerations present.

Universal Oligos
They are provided free, however it is  VERY IMPORTANT that you verify that the sequence
matches exactly that of your plasmid.
