Oligo for sequencing
Here is a list of rules for design oligo:
- Length of about 18-25 bases
- T of annealing greater than or equal to 50 ° C
- Percentage of C and G between 40-70%
- 3 'stable (G or C).
- Avoid repetitions, stretches, palindrons and hairpins
In the case of DEGENERATED OLIGO we recommend increasing the quantity of picomoles based on the number of degenerations present.
