Plate oligos are synthesized with a specially developed system so as not to run the risk of obtaining fast and poor quality syntheses. In fact, a parallel Sequenom MassArray control system is associated with the plate synthesis. This allows us to check each oligo synthesized with the MaldiTof and to re -entitize the oligos that do not comply with the normal quality criteria.
