- SAMPLE SHIPPING Samples must be shipped in 0.2 ml DNase/RNase free, sealed and sequentially numbered tubes. Recommendations: run RNA on a 1% formaldehyde gel to assess RNA integrity. High quality RNA shows a 4.5 kb band corresponding to 28S rRNA. This band should have a signal intensity twice higher than 1.9 kb band of the 18S rRNA. Please send us an image of the gel.
