The box for the collection of oligos (WHITE) is located in the main entrance of the Building of General Physiology (Department of Biology and Biotechnology - SAPIENZA University of Rome).

The access time to the box is from 8.30 to 18.00.

Check carefully that the name written in capital letters in the Delivery Note is that of the person who placed the order.

From 10 January 2022, confirmation via e-mail of the collection of the oligos from the box is required (the collection must be made within 10 days of the notification of delivery in the box).
After this period the oligos will be collected by our staff who will have to be contacted to plan their recovery in our laboratories.

Once you have recovered your oligos, be careful to put any other envelopes you pulled out back into the cassette.
